Poster Presentation Preparation - please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Poster Size Maximum: 72” x 36” (landscape)
- File Format: Single-page PDF, high-resolution (16:9 aspect ratio recommended)
- Font Size: Minimum 22pt
- Logos: Only non-profit or institutional logos permitted
- All presentations must be unbiased and free of commercial promotion. While poster materials are not formally reviewed, presenters are expected to maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity and transparency, avoiding product promotion or conflicts of interest.
- If you’d like to print your poster through UCSF, please see our RISE UP printing portal (due 2/17) or, a local printing company (same day delivery available). Both can deliver to the Hotel Nikko. They have comparable rates.
- Note: If you are using the UCSF RISE UP Printing Portal, the deadline to submit is 2/17.
- The confirmation email indicates prints will be available to pick up on 2/19 at Mission Hall. Our RISE UP Admin Team will deliver your poster to the Hotel Nikko.
- In the title of your poster, please include poster ID (Example: '#01-33')
- Poster ID is noted on your acceptance email from '2026 RISE UP' <[email protected]>
