Abstract submission requires the following information: 

Title of Your Abstract (please use Title Case; No word limit) 

Author list (Email Address, Degree, Current Position, Institution, State, Country, and Financial Disclosures; Names omitted here will not be printed in the author index or the final program) 

Abstract (Introduction and Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions; 500 Word Limit, Included images/tables do not count toward word count)

  1. What is the size limit for an abstract? 

The size limit (excluding title) is 500 word limit; this does not include spaces. 

  1. How many abstracts can an author submit? 

There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author can submit. 

  1. How can I make corrections after submitting my abstract? 

The submitting author may email [email protected] anytime before the deadline of December 16th, 2026 to request to submit edits.   

  1. How do I withdraw my abstract?  

Please email [email protected] to withdraw your abstract.
