Author list (Email Address, Degree, Current Position, Institution, State, Country, and Financial Disclosures; Names omitted here will not be printed in the author index or the final program)
Abstract (Introduction and Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions; 500 Word Limit, Included images/tables do not count toward word count)

There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author can submit.
